Thriller sub-genre research and conventions

This is a mind-map showing the research i collected of the types of Thrillers and there conventions.
I decided which sub-genre of thrillers I would attempt, I chose a psychological thriller; then I when in to more detail about what makes a psychological thriller. We researched every thing we would need to include such as iconography, style and character types.
