Own film treatment (summary of Film)

The main character is in a park; he is not fully aware of the real world. He is inside a bubble of his own creation. He is simply insane and hallucinogenic. What he sees changes in his mind and becomes something else; but he does not feel this is a problem and really enjoys living in his dream world of pure chaos and insanity. As the world around him changes the world in his head morphs into more and more extreme creations, these creations become more and disturbing and end up causing more problems for him. These problems range from a tree turning into a lollipop to a old woman turning into a demonic creation of pure evil that will consume the worlds hope and joy; so of course he has to kill it. Unfortunately, he walks past a church as it finishes mass and their stand an old woman chatting politely with the priest and a gable of other nice churchgoing folks; he sees this as the creature and its evil lieutenant surrounded by a dominion army.
So as any insane man would be picks up a large brick and smashes the skulls of all the evil creature. He then rushes to the police were he tells them of his "heroic deeds" in search of a reward, now as these creatures are actual old Christians and a vicar it is frowned upon by the local law enforcement. so they try to arrest him but he is still holding the brick and smashes their head too. He than begins a journey taking it upon himself to rid the world of all evils he find, and the police are also in pursuit as he is killing innocent people. He quickly begins to loose touch with reality seeing more and more of his dream world, and subsequently more demon thing that he kills with interesting and creative methods and weapons. Eventually he feel that there is too many evil demon things in the world to kill individually; so he searches Google and finds out how to make a very large bomb. He schemes how and where to plant the bomb for maximum impact when he gets rudely arrested by the police for mass murder and terrorism. He gets put in a institute for the mentally troubled. Unfortunately for the people of the local town he finds a group of like minded mental people in the ward. They begin to see him as a leader and form a mini-cult under him. This cult then charges the hospital freeing all the inmates and creating a mini army under his rule.
