The use of sound has created a uneasy and odd atmosphere much like the original with its inaudible sounds and irregular rhythm. It queues up nicely with the visuals helping to link the whole piece. We tired to include many shot from the original in the same way they done or if the shot could not be recreated we substituted it for a shot that had the same effect. The editing was done in the same style as the original using inverted/negative effects and grey or sepia tones, we also cut between shots quickly to add a scene of confusion, these helped the misen scene as it built on the atmosphere created by the music. The shots were all done in the school ground to try and get a simple everyday location, as in the original. To improve this work i would have more time to edit and extend the clip as it is very short at the moment but it still shows the same creepy view of the mundane world as does the original.
