Practice film shots

We went to practise some film shots around school, we needed to get three shots to help with our film. It will help with our shot framing and actor positioning; which will help add professionalism to the film opening. It help us to visualise mise en scene and and practise creating the atmosphere and by using the phrase "what are you doing here". This phrase was the centre focus for the shots, it gave us a purpose to the film.
Doing this practise film shot helped us learn to organise and realise the reality of what we might be filming on the actual film opening, we learnt how long it can take to organise your actors and taking of multiple clip from different angles and diffrent shot types.

sound track creation lesson

As you get a higher mark in your opening if you have a soundtrack created by your group the class went down to the schools music department; in groups we made a soundtrack.
we uses a keyboard to create the soundtrack and some sound editing software to edit it. I edited the tempo, pitch and instroments used to create an stange but eerie sound. It had to be quirky and eunique for my track so i layered variouse synth and other digitised sounds onto my soundtrack. the soundtrack is not "heavy" it is a light backround tune and will not be a main focus for the adiance.
